Overdue task due to weekends
during the workflow assignments I notice when the task is assigned and I provide my staff with 3 days to complete, if the task is assigned on Friday. It will show the task to be overdue by Monday. Is there any way in the system to let it know not count the weekends?

Folder structure for Payroll/HR
We are getting ready to setup folder for Payroll/HR, for employee related document such as rates changes, merit bonus, etc. Does any one has suggestion on the folder structure or sample. I'm thinking setting up folder by each employe may be too much & defeat purpose of being able use the search.
