The network service below was NOT shown in our production instance.
So I added it with the same permissions as test and emails left the drop box right away.

Already did both. The error logs are clean as a whistle. My problem is that the SAME email does not stop sending. It is never removed from the dropbox folder once sent. This happens for any kind. Sent to, welcome email, and so on. If I kick anything off inside of InfoRouter to generate an email, it ...

E-mails stuck in dropbox queue
Hi,
The emails are sending just fine. But once sent, the email never leaves the dropbox folder and keeps resending every 5 minutes. I have tried to reboot the server but it didn't work. How can I solve this problem?

Hello,
We have an opportunity where ideally a document could be sent by email as an attachment, by an IR user with Read permissions or above,
but the user would not be able to see the recipient list of other IR users.
Is it possible to globally disable the Send to menu item?
