How can we see the InfoRouter Release History?

Our collegue has reported that mail is not being sent out of the server. All mail is taken to the drop box in ..\infoRouter\eMailRoot\
What shall we do to resolve this problem. There is no folder for exceptions.

The LDAP Service is running, the IR Authentication service tests fine (see attached document) but no user from the domain can authenticate.
