The 64 bit Windows 2008 is a very good choice. So is the MySQL database. You can't go wrong with that combination.

Both Scan Station and the Hotfolders tools are capable of importing OCR data. The OCR data however needs to be in one of the formats we support. Yes. The new setup and upgrade program is capable of upgrading both 7.2.226 and 7.5 versions to version 8.0.

Yes. But a word of caution! We only support Vista Business or XP on a trial basis. Hello,

You are correct. We do not automatically delete the user from inforouter.
We think that disabling the user is dramatic enough. After all, you may simply be re-arranging the user groups on your LDAP server.

Dear Ms. Logan,

Portals are not tied to or related to document libraries. They are entirely independant of document libraries.
You can create as many portals as you like. Unfortunately you cannot assign user groups to a portal. Users can be assigned a default portal but not groups.
