Re: Illegal Characters in Filenames
Hello,
The illegal characters are: / \ : * ? " < > | # % & + and tab.
.. (double dot) cannot be in the filename.
The documents cannot begin with the ~ and . characters.
And the filenames can not end with the . character.

Re: Naming format in LDAP Synchronization Manager

The LDAP synchronization manager needs to know how you keep your names in LDAP so the correct name-last name is reflected to infoRouter when synchronizing new users. The previously synchronized LDAP users will also be affected ...

Re: When to Disable Users in infoRouter
Hi, Deleted or disabled NT/LDAP users will always be disabled in infoRouter. This option cannot be changed. It is there for information purposes only. 'Disable users who are not members of synchronized LDAP User Groups' option is checked by default. It simply states (when checked) that only the user...

Re: Is the synchronization one-way in LDAP Manager?
Deleting an LDAP authenticated user manually is not reccommended. The LDAP Synchronization Service will recreate the deleted account if the account exists in the LDAP.
Another point is, infoRouter users are NEVER deleted by this tool. When required, users are only “Disabled” in infoRouter.

Re: Edit link on the Task Window doesn't checkout the docume
Hello,
In order to check out the documents with the Edit link on the task window, the browser type must be 32-bit Internet Explorer.
This is the requirement for Webdav to handle the documents.
Currently we support the following extensions;
DOCX, DOC, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, MPP, VSD
