Re: infoRouter WebDAV Requirements
Arghhhh! Microsoft has been playing around and changing the rules for WebDAV for a while now. They appear to have decided to (somewhat) stick to the official RFC. The rules were shifting from one platform (XP, Vista etc) to the other with no particular rhyme or reason. Recently it has gotten much be...

Re: Custom Property Sets - Data from other databases

Remember to be careful when you create the SQL statement. As my good friend Ray Petrone says: The problem is always ...

Re: View Types
Carolyn, All you have to do is navigate to this folder and set the view style to “workflow”. It will do the trick cause inforouter will remember your last setting at the folder level. To test this, do the following: Navigate to some other folder. You can even log out of infoRouter. Come back to this...

David, The web.config file includes a setting that controls the maximum file size that can be uploaded. The setting is as follows by default: <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="75000" executionTimeout="7200" /> By default, it is set to roughly 75 MB. Please check to see what this value is set to. Increa...

Re: Email Templates
Don't worry. There is an easy way. Basically all you have to do is make a copy of the template and add a prefix of "custom". The Live Update process will leave it intact. I'd love to explain this to you in length but there is a document that explains this perfectly. Here you go: https://www.inforout...
