Getting LDAP service service on Local Computer Error 1069

I tried to re-start the inforouter LDAP service but it will not start, I'm getting:

"Could not start the inforouter LDAP service service on Local Computer Error 1069: The service did not start due to logon failure"

I don't recall where to update the user info. Can you point me to it please?

Hello,

It appaears that you are using an account other than the local service account for the LDAP Service.
The password may have been changed or expired for this acount.
Right click on My Computer and expand the "services" node to find the infoRouter LDAP Service.
Change the service account information and you should be fine.
