Attachments and Auto Numbering

Is it possible to add/upload attachments within a Form Template?

Also our current system has an auto-numbering system that assigns a document number whenever a document is created. Is it possible to create this auto-number each time a document is created?

No. Form templates do not include the file upload capability.

We also have an internal document numbering scheme but it does not support alphanumeric characters.
It is just a number and unique for each document in the system. This number can be seen in the document properties screen.
