Not sure if this is the right place.
How do I create meta definitions in inforouter?
While I'm at it: How is meta data applied to documents for searching?

Re: Meta Data
You have come to the right place.
Only the System Administrator and Library managers can create "Custom Property Set" definitions. This can be done through the infoRouter Control Panel.
Once created, custom properties appear in multiple places automatically. One such place is in the "Document Properties" window (as well as "Folder Properties" window and the search screens).
If you wish to apply custom property values to a document, simply go to the "document properties" window and scroll down to the section labeled "Custom Properties".
Using the drop down, select the custom property you wish to apply.
Once selected, this will open a window in which you will be prompted to enter the values for the Custom Property Set fields.
Hope this helps.

Look up field meta data
I have a string field that should be a combo box. I need to show a look up that goes to an oracle database.
How can I do that? sorry for English.
