How does the Recent Documents list on the Personal Dashboard work? It displays a different list of results to the Recent Documents portal gadget and doesn't seem to update when I view or change a document.

Hello,
This issue has been identified as a bug and a fix will be issued in a day or so.
The recent documents in the portal and the dashboard are identical however, the dashboard was incorrectly configured to display the list in a different sort order.
We have made the fix so that the dashboard list is always sorted by the "last accessed date/time" instead of some other sort order.

v 8.0.55 Recent documents in the Dashboard list includes system files when an end user utilises 'Document from Template' from the New menu in the document library. Hiding form templates and system file libraries makes no difference. These files mean nothing to an end user and don't appear in the gadget on the home page. Can they be removed from the Dashboard List?
