IR update

I am new to inforouter and am going to do an update. Does IR have any MySQL utilities Installed that will allow me to manually backup the DB? Copying the app folder and the document repository does not seem to be a problem, but I have very little experience with MySQL. I do have experience with SM SQL mgr so I assume there is something similar for MySQL

I would recommend downloading the MySQL Administration tools for this link:

You can use this tool to schedule nightly backups etc. It is a pretty good tool.

Make sure to contact the support guys (support@inforouter.com) if you need help on the update (I am assuming this is Live Update).
