Document Library not visible after upgrade

We have gotten reports from our users that they could not see the "Document Libraries" after they upgraded to version 8 from previous versions.

This happens only when using IE.
Please turn off "Compatibility Mode" in IE and you will be able to see the "Document Library" properly.

Users using Chrome, Safari and Firefox do not experience the problem.
