Error on web services page

Has anyone else seen this error before when we access URL/Inforouter/srv.asmx we receive the error below.

We are running version 7.5 Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.3615; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.3618

Server Error in '/InfoRouter' Application.

Exception Details: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'new_PDFFunctions' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

The solution was to remove 'new_PDFFunctions' dll from c:\program files\inforouter\site\bin that we renamed during the last patch.
