Suggestions/Best Practices For Archiving Data
Looking for Suggestions/Best Practices for archiving data out of the InfoRouter. After a several years we start to collect alot of data, some of which may not be valid but not valid enough for us to just delete things. Its probably not realistic to keep growing and growing without creating some type of cap space. Is there a great way of archiving data out of the InfoRouter? Or even archiving data into a format that reduces its size?

One way to save space is to use the "Compact" feature.
This features allows users to "prune" the unnecessary versions created as a result of especially WebDAV usage where very save generates a new version of the document.
Future versions of infoRouter will support offline warehouses where certain libraries can be taken offline for archival.
I hope this helps.
