infoRouter is smack at the center of of our operations. I have multiple systems feeding information into infoRouter but I would like to be able to send information to other in-house systems. Can I create menus that launch other programs?
We have a GIS system which shows the exact location of a land lot. I have documents in inforouter that describe the land-lot. I would like to select the document and click on a custom menu that will launch the GIS application to show the location described in the document. Is this too much to ask?

Re: My own menus in inforouter
You can place custom menus in inforouter by editing the file called "CustomMenus.xml". This file is located in the "inforouter/config" directory.
Any menus you create will be launched and and inforouter will pass along all the available information (about the selected document(s)) to the called program.
It is up to the called program to process the information and use what it needs.
