Setting Up Folder Sizes
Is there is a way to limit users to 1500 documents per folder?

Re: Setting Up Folder Sizes
Hello,
Currently there is no facility to limit the number of documents per folder.
It should be the responsibility of the SYSADMIN or the Library Manager to re-arrange the folder structure if existing folders become too crowded.
Breaking up the folder structure into meaningful topics, years, customers etc is a good way to ensure that users don't just save their
documents into a general spot.
Using the "Folder Rules" to limit document types, format etc is also a good idea.
Last but not least, using user groups and coming up with a meaningful security strategy will go a long way in controlling access to folders and the number of documents within them.
I hope this helps.
