View Types

How do I set a default view (workflow view) for just me at the user level, that will always come up?

Is there a way to make this active for all users?

Carolyn,

All you have to do is navigate to this folder and set the view style to “workflow”. It will do the trick cause inforouter will remember your last setting at the folder level.

To test this, do the following:
  • Navigate to some other folder. You can even log out of infoRouter.
    Come back to this folder and you will see that it will display in “workflow” mode.
If you switch to some other view style (such as comment view), the next time you come back to this folder, it will be in the comments view mode.

If you want this view type to be the default view type, go to the folder and set a folder rule that will display the folder in that view mode.
Doing this will display this folder in the workflow mode by default but users can switch view modes.

If you want this view mode to be permanent, then set the "Mandatory View Type"
