Hi,

Our InfoRouter has got very slow over time when searching for documents, even the main page screen takes time now to appear! All of our documents and the InfoRouter setup are on our Domain server. Are there best practices when setting up InfoRouter to improve its speed(ours was setup by a third party)?
Where should I be looking to make sure it is running at its best? Can the network drastically affect the efficiency of Info Router??

Hello,

Slow performance can be due to multiple factors but the most obvious one is usually related to SQL Server.
I see that your instance of infoRouter uses MS SQL Server.
Have you defined any maintenance jobs on SQL Server?

Please run through the wizard to define a scheduled maintenance job. If this does not help, please write us an email at support @inforouter.com.
