If your browser displays pages in German unexpectedly, please check the following cases.

General cause:
This problem occurs when the user session files cannot be read/written from the infoRouter profiles directory.

To solve the problem, follow the instructions below;

• Login to the infoRouter server using the administrator or a power user account.

• Check the server's disk space and make sure the drive on which infoRouter application directory is located has plenty of disk space.

• Using windows explorer, navigate to the infoRouter application directory;
- Open the "Temp" directory. Make sure there are no files older than one hour.
- Open the "User Profiles" directory. Make sure there are no files older than one hour.

If too many old files exist in these folders, it might be indication that the IR maintenance service is not running. The IR Maintenance service is the garbage collection service that clears old files.

• Using the service manager on the windows control panel, check if the infoRouter "IRMaintenance" service is up and running.

• If you have migrated or moved the application recently, please check the "IRMaintenance" service settings. (Related documentation can be found in the infoRouter support pages.) Make sure that it is running towards the correct application path and instance (an not the old path).

• Check the directory security to make sure the "Network Service" account has been granted “full control" rights.

• Open the Logs\Errors directory and check the latest error files. Look at the latest error log to see if there are any log entries that might supply clues to issues.
