Can a user be disabled so their license is freed for use by another user but the history of their approvals is kept?
We have people leave the firm and want to reuse the license but at the same time we want to keep the approval history for those who have left.
Those that are disabled would no longer require access via the GUI.

Hello,

You can create a new user and transfer the ownership of all the objects that the disabled user owns to the new user.
We are planning on making a change to the user structure to allow for keeping the disabled users out off the license count but this is not yet available.

Currently you can view the approval history of a deleted user. Please see the attached file for details.
