E-mail Problems

Hi,
Our collegue has reported that mail is not being sent out of the server. All mail is taken to the drop box in ..\infoRouter\eMailRoot\
What shall we do to resolve this problem. There is no folder for exceptions.

Hi,

The IRMaintenance service is what triggers the sending of email from infoRouter.
Please make sure the IRMaintenance service is running.
If it is running, please take a look at the config file under the IRMaintenance directory to make sure that the infoRouter application path is correct. (Did you move infoRouter?)
If the infoRouter application path is correct, try stopping and re-starting the IRMaintenance service.

If all else fails, take a look the SMTP logs of the SMTP server you are using.
