PDF not displaying through the Inforouter

Hi,
We have a user who is trying to opening PDF files from IR, and sometimes it displays the following blank screen and pop up box, but another user on a different laptop can access that PDF file, while this user can’t. Both of them are in the same physical location.

Any suggestions?

Hi,
This issue seems to occur on a specific workstation. Please make sure that this user has the latest version of Adobe reader that is working properly.
