Hi,
The emails are sending just fine. But once sent, the email never leaves the dropbox folder and keeps resending every 5 minutes. I have tried to reboot the server but it didn't work. How can I solve this problem?

Also, please check the error log to see if there are messages logged that can give us further clues.

Already did both. The error logs are clean as a whistle.
My problem is that the SAME email does not stop sending. It is never removed from the dropbox folder once sent.
This happens for any kind. Sent to, welcome email, and so on. If I kick anything off inside of InfoRouter to generate an email, it will resend and resend and resend.

Please check the following:
Security applied to the Dropbox folder.
It seems like we can send the emails that are dropped but cannot delete them once the email is sent.
You may have set some special privileges to this folder.
Please check the Error Log:
The inforouter error log is located in C:/inforouter/Logs/Error (or wherever you have inforouter installed)
This folder contains a daily list of error logs.
Please send the contents of this folder to us so we can analyze the logs for trouble.

The network service below was NOT shown in our production instance.
So I added it with the same permissions as test and emails left the drop box right away.
