No abstract available in search results

Hi,
When I click the Show from the serach results, it says "no abstract available". Can you explain what it is and how can I use it?

Hello,
You can view a small content of the document by clicking on the “show” link near the Abstract title. If you get the “No abstract available” message, this may mean that you haven’t configured the proper iFilter for this document type.
