Re: New Documentation on Workflow
Hi,
In the workflow there is an option to archive a document, please explain a bit further as to how that works and who has the permissions to archive, as it is not explained in the pdf file.
Thank you

Hello,
We apologize for answering a bit late. Archiving simply means moving documents to archive libraries.
Archive task will be checked if the documents resides in an archive library. The task owner should have the adequate rights in the archive library to archive documents.
You can get more information about archiving on viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5716
The Guru.
