MAPI profile error in Outlook Add-in

On just a few machines out of the 350 or so registered users, we get an error message from Office when trying to use the Office Outlook Add-in.
It says that the MAPI profile cannot be created. Operation failed.

What is different about these workstations that mail the Outlook add-in fail? HELP! :cry:

Aha! You are correct, this only happens in certain workstations.
The problem has to do with MS Office 2000-2003 installations where the installer has not elected to install CDO.
