Office Add-in is no longer visible in Word

Hello Gang!

I installed the office add-in and have been using it with great success however, one day it decided to go away. How can I put it back?

Hello Jamie,

Word (or MS Office in general) does do this from time to time for various reasons.
It is simple to re-enable the infoRouter Office Add-in.

I installed Microsoft Office 2003 on my sonny avio with Vista. When i try to open Outlook, A BCM Office Addin Window opens and states Office Application version does not match. I validated the Office 2003 when I installed it. How do I get Outlook 2003 to work on Vista?

The issue you describe does not have anything to do with the Office Add-in but rather seems related to multiple instances of Office on the same machine.
