Hello,
Can we get clarification on what InfoRouter has deemed as illegal characters while uploading documents?
Thank you.

Hello,
The illegal characters are: / \ : * ? " < > | # % & + and tab.
.. (double dot) cannot be in the filename.
The documents cannot begin with the ~ and . characters.
And the filenames can not end with the . character.

Hello,
We have noticed a couple of files that contain plus sign in the file name. Is there a way to duplicate these files?

Hi,
These files seem to be created in the past. We have changed the naming rules for the documents but we haven't changed the existing documents with plus sign.
It will be better if you can rename these files according to the new rules.
The plus sign causes problems in most of the browsers while downloading the documents.
