Can not connect

Trying to configure the LDAP Sync Manager and enter the URL, username & password. On clicking next I get "Cannot connect to the infoRouter server. Please check the URL

I am using this URL from my PC and using chrome on the server and can access my test Medidocs server fine and everything appears to work.

The url is a secure connection using https:// and this works fine on our live Medidocs server. The only difference I can see at the moment is that the test server is using a self-signed SSL certificate.

Any advice appreciated
